Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a megaperyaph account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. megaperyaph does not permit users under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be located in the Philippines and accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. False or misleading information during sign-up may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You are permitted to hold only one megaperyaph account. Operating multiple accounts, or registering on behalf of another person, is prohibited.
• You must not be self-excluded from gaming platforms, whether through megaperyaph's own tools or any applicable regulatory self-exclusion register.

megaperyaph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in temporary suspension of account access or withdrawal processing until verification is completed.

Account Security and Responsibility

Your megaperyaph account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. Specifically:

• Keep your password and OTP codes private at all times. Do not share them with anyone, including people claiming to be megaperyaph support staff.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices. megaperyaph is not liable for losses resulting from failure to protect your login details.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact megaperyaph support immediately at [email protected] and change your password.
• megaperyaph uses SSL encryption, OTP verification, and KYC procedures to protect account integrity. These measures do not reduce your personal responsibility to safeguard your credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on megaperyaph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No other currency is accepted for deposits, stakes, or withdrawals.

• Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, local bank transfers, and local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods on megaperyaph.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in PHP. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to your account are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests require a verified account. Ensure your registered name matches the name on the bank account or e-wallet you are withdrawing to. Mismatched details may cause processing delays.
• megaperyaph does not charge processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.
• Suspected fraudulent transactions, including the use of accounts not belonging to you, will result in transaction reversal and potential account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the method used and account verification status. megaperyaph aims to process verified withdrawal requests without unnecessary delay, but cannot guarantee specific timelines due to third-party banking processes.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

megaperyaph is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in any game. Players who discover and exploit bugs rather than reporting them will forfeit any gains and may have their accounts suspended.
• Collusion or coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in table games and poker variants.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit welcome offers, bonuses, or promotional credits.

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational gaming. Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit bonus terms — including creating multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, megaperyaph is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from gaming activity on the platform, including losses resulting from technical errors or game interruptions.
• Loss of data, account access, or service availability resulting from events outside megaperyaph's reasonable control, including network outages or third-party service failures.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or from your sharing of account credentials with third parties.

In the event of a technical error that affects a game outcome or transaction, megaperyaph will investigate and, where appropriate, reverse or adjust the affected transaction. During any investigation, access to the relevant account or funds may be temporarily suspended.

Continued use of the megaperyaph platform after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
